News reports has confirmed that Marcelo Bielsa has been appointed as Lazio head coach.
The former Marseille head coach resigned just a game into the previous season for unknown reasons but have now taken over from caretaker coach Simone Inzaghi at the Serie A club. Simone Inzaghi has been caretaker coach since the club decided to relieve head coach Stefano Pioli in the second half of last season.
