Chelsea FC are close to signing Leicester City star N'Golo Kante. The midfielder is rumored to have commanded a fee of about 30 million Pounds and has passed a medical at the club. He is currently in contract talks with the club.
Kante joined Leicester City from Nice and had a great season as the club claimed their maiden Premier League triumph.
