Slovakian defender Jan Durica has made a surprising claim that the game between England and Slovakia which he played a major part in, was fixed.
England played their first game under new manager Sam Allardyce and got a win via Adam Lallana's goal with just seconds left on the clock.
However the Three Lions had the advantage of playing a huge part of the second half against 10 men after Martin Skrtel received a second booking for fouls on Harry Kane from referee Milorad Mazic and fellow defender Jan Durica believes that there is a conspiracy to ensure England qualifies from Group F.
The Trabzonspor defender said 'There is only one place at the World Cup. Why should Slovakia go there when we have England in the group?'
'Of course, they will always prefer the stronger team. Probably, the referee exactly knew how to do it.'
England and Slovakia are both gunning for the single spot from Group F against Scotland, Malta, Russia and Slovenia.
