Enugu Rangers has won the Nigerian Professional Football League with a game to spare. The Flying Antelopes who are surprise champions considering they only narrowly avoided the drop last season started the season in blistering form and retained their form to win their title in 32 years.
NPFL heavyweights like Enyimba, Kano Pillars and Ifeanyi Ubah had seasons to forget as they couldn't produce their usual dominance on the league.
