Can Barcelona pull off another miracle?

Yes, the referee was biased, the players were lucky, PSG were slow, bla bla bla..... I think it is high time to forget all these and give Barcelona the credit they deserve for rewriting the history books yet again with a demolition of star studded Paris Saint Germain.

However, maybe God really has interest in soccer or out of underestimation, Barcelona find themselves in a similar situation with a whole different team called The Old Lady.

For a team that has won five consecutive trophies in a league like Serie A, and reached a Champions League final some two seasons ago, it is fair to say Juventus have every right to rub shoulders with other European heavyweights. When you consider they made the all-conquering Barcelona look ordinary and like a second division team with players with wrong boots on, then you will will agree that they deserve even more respect.

When we consider that PSG delivered a similar performance only to capitulate at the Nou Camp, we might want to entertain some doubts, my advice; this is done and dusted as Juventus are a whole different affair from the French giants.

Juventus has wealth of experience in their squad, with ever-presents like Bonucci and Chiellini and the >1000 game man, Gianluigi Buffon. Former Real Madrid striker, Gonzalo Higuain is at the peak of his career and latest big name Paulo Dybala is only concerned about putting the ball into the net, an act he is really good at, just ask Ter Stegen.

Both parts of the field are connected by a midfield marshalled by experienced players in Pjanic, Marchisio and Khedira and you find yourself asking, where exactly are the gaps in this team?

Another thing to consider is the technical team, PSG were led by an inexperienced coach in Unai Emery who discovered too late that the Champions League and the Europa League are different in every way, specifically, a 4:0 aggregate lead doesn't guarantee you progress, crazy, isn't it?

Juventus on the other hand, are led by a seasoned coach in Massimiliano Allegri and talking about his feats could multiply the words of this article over three times, yes, it's an exaggeration but you get the point.

As the second leg clash comes around the corner, barring some unthinkable events, Juventus are set to march on towards the semis, another win might even end up being the result.

Barcelona's win over PSG was miraculous in every sense, this time, however, this task could be truly impossible.
